Seeking an Experienced Family Law Attorney Remote with Court Appearances in Northern Virginia

With a strong focus on divorce and family law , this firm is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered legal representation.

About the Role :

This is a full-time, remote position , offering flexibility and independence while requiring a high level of discipline and reliability . Aside from court appearances in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, and Alexandria , all work is conducted remotely.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of family law litigation experience in Virginia and be comfortable managing cases from start to finish , supported by a dedicated legal team.

What Youll Do :

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, child support, modifications, and contempt proceedings .
• Conduct client consultations via phone and video to assess legal needs and provide guidance.
• Draft property settlement agreements, prenuptial / postnuptial agreements, and co-parenting plans .
• Oversee case management from initiation through final resolution with support staff.
• Maintain electronic case files and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Advocate in court proceedings across multiple Northern Virginia jurisdictions.
