What You ' ll Be Doing

As a Residential-Remodeling Project Manager , you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include :

Project Oversight : Manage multiple high-end residential remodels, ensuring quality and client satisfaction at every stage.
Team Collaboration : Partner with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster clear communication and seamless project execution.
Operational Excellence : Utilize JobTread for managing specifications, budgets, change orders, and schedules.
Process Improvement : Play a key role in implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and assist in developing SOPs and company manuals.
Pre-Construction & Estimation : Contribute to budgeting, document compilation, and the pre-construction process.
Problem Solving : Identify and resolve production challenges with innovation and efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting : Ensure accurate tracking of subcontractor documentation, materials, and project milestones.

Qualifications

Experience :

5 years of high-end residential remodeling experience is required; more is strongly preferred.

7-10 years of overall residential construction experience is ideal for this role.

Proven expertise in managing luxury remodeling projects with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Experience managing remodels and additions in the San Francisco area is a plus.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, and project management software (experience with JobTread is highly preferred).

Communication Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration.

Additional Requirements :

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.

Clean DMV and criminal record; ability to pass a drug test.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $150K base compensation package, with potential total compensation of $170K after a successful 90-day evaluation.
