Senior Manager, Project Management

SA Consumer Products designs, engineers and markets in-home secure storage products in the USA, Canada and international countries. Since the company began in 2014, we have been the fastest growing marketer of gun safes, home/office safes, quick access vaults and steel cabinets in the USA and Canada.

We have earned the #1 in-home secure storage market share position in USA and Canada. We market our safes under Sports Afield, Remington, Sanctuary, private label and house brands. We recently entered the golf equipment and accessory business and market under Spalding, private label and house brands.

Our customers include major mass volume retailers, warehouse clubs, home centers, sporting goods retailers, buying groups, independent retailers and online retailers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead and oversee all aspects of project management for SA Products, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

This role manages cross-functional teams and streamlines projects from concept to completion to ensure timely launches, improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
• Align project execution with business goals and corporate strategy.
• Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Report project performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• 2. Cross-Functional Project Oversight:
• Lead, coordinate and drive product development, supply chain, logistics, marketing, manufacturing, retail rollout, B2C, system configuration, IT, digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives from concept to timely launch.

• 3. Team Leadership & Development:
• Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for project managers.
• Foster collaboration between departments to improve project execution.

• 4. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Optimize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and sustainability goals.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field. MBA is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a project management leadership role in the hardlines consumer product industry leader.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Experience with NetSuite software preferred.
