What You’ll Do :
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for driving financial success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This hands-on role oversees financial operations, including strategy development, budgeting, compliance, and performance optimization, while ensuring fiscal stability. A key advisor to the COO and Board, the Chief Financial Officer leads growth initiatives and mentors the Finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include :
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes, ensuring financial stability and resilience.
- Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and local, state, and federal tax requirements.
- Develop and implement advanced risk management and forecasting methodologies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including partnership development and capital investments.
- Guide the financial due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and long-term success.
