Job Description :
Saab, Inc. is seeking to fill the role of Senior Director, Finance Transformation . Saab, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Saab AB is focused on the United States Aerospace & Defense market, delivering projects, products and services to a wide variety of customers while leveraging both US-based capability and a global Saab AB product portfolio. This role is transforming the entirety of the Finance & Accounting operation of Saab, Inc. to leverage modern day tools and processes while supporting a growing business in an ever more challenging compliance and security environment. The role will be focused on process, methods, tools and systems necessary to leapfrog Saab Inc. into a much more effective organization that can support its organic and inorganic growth objectives while continuing to operate the business day to day.
The Senior Director, Finance Transformation reports to the Saab, Inc. Chief Financial Officer and collaborates with other members of the CFO Leadership Team to :
- Define an end state for the Finance & Accounting process, methods and tools that is both achievable and aspirational. All processes are candidates for improvement, optimization, and automation, including but not limited to :
Monthly Closing
Motivate the team to want to work on change projects
Determine current baselines for all items
Understand the impact of change projects on all stakeholders
Participate in Saab, Inc. Finance projects for continuous improvement, capability enhancement and general management of business growth
Total Annual Compensation Opportunity : $239,600- $345,000
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education / training.
