The Senior Program Manager will lead the transition of technology (ToT) programs in support of the Ground Combat Portfolio, developing and implementing a successful Shoulder Launched Munitions (SLM) business growth strategy within assigned segment(s).
- Develop and execute Ground Combat transfer of technology (ToT) programs from Sweden to the USA, ensuring US ITAR and Swedish IPS laws are adhered to.
- Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.
- Establish and control program budgets aligned with program needs.
- Establish and control program schedules to meet all program milestones.
- Ensure projects within assigned programs are managed and executed within approved program management processes.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities across cost, schedule, and technical.
- Make personnel recommendations in support of business objectives.
- Ensure performance of subcontractors.
- Oversee profitable growth of the program segment.
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management personnel to maintain institutional knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Develop high-quality competitive proposals facilitating achievement of business segment objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related Engineering discipline required, MBA/MS preferred.
- 12 years of Defense/Aerospace Industry Experience in Manufacturing, Business, or related discipline.
- 5 years Program Management experience, $50M - $100M program lifecycle preferred.
- Demonstrated track record participating in large-scale aerospace and defense business capture efforts.
- Possess advanced knowledge of program management standards and best practices.
- Ability to contribute to the development strategy and lead strategic initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Salary : $128,800 - $167,400
