Senior Program Manager

• Develop and execute Ground Combat transfer of technology (ToT) programs from Sweden to the USA, ensuring US ITAR and Swedish IPS laws are adhered to.
• Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.
• Establish and control program budgets aligned with program needs.
• Establish and control program schedules to meet all program milestones.
• Ensure projects within assigned programs are managed and executed within approved program management processes.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities across cost, schedule, and technical.
• Make personnel recommendations in support of business objectives.
• Ensure performance of subcontractors.
• Oversee profitable growth of the program segment.
• Work closely with Sales and Product Management personnel to maintain institutional knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Develop high-quality competitive proposals facilitating achievement of business segment objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related Engineering discipline required, MBA/MS preferred.
• 12 years of Defense/Aerospace Industry Experience in Manufacturing, Business, or related discipline.
• 5 years Program Management experience, $50M - $100M program lifecycle preferred.
• Demonstrated track record participating in large-scale aerospace and defense business capture efforts.
• Possess advanced knowledge of program management standards and best practices.
• Ability to contribute to the development strategy and lead strategic initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
