Your role
In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate a range of defence-related projects within Saab Canada’s portfolio. You’ll work closely with skilled colleagues, clients, and international partners to ensure projects run smoothly—on time, on budget, and aligned with our high standards.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Drive all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning to execution
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor goals, risks, budgets, and timelines
- Facilitate collaboration across teams
- Contribute to business development and customer success
You’re a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring experience, structure, and a proactive mindset—and you’re ready to take on a role where you can make a real impact.
You have:
- A degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 5 years of project management experience (preferably in defence or aerospace)
- PMP certification
- Experience working with government contracts and compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Eligibility for (or existing) Canadian Government Security Clearance (NATO Secret)
- Experience working with international teams
- French or other language skills
