Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Lead classroom instruction, combining lecture-based delivery with hands-on activities to ensure practical skill development.
- Plan and execute multiple components of complex training projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior trainers, fostering skill development and best practices in instructional design and delivery.
- Provide input for proposals, including training strategy development, resource planning, and cost estimation.
- Suggest and implement improvements to instructional processes, techniques, and methodologies.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during training development and delivery phases.

Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience. OR
- MA/MS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience. Or
- PhD degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field, without relevant experience.
- 8 years of direct experience in military, aerospace, or complex technology-based training systems.
- Expertise in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), with a history of developing curricula for large and complex training projects.
- Familiarity with DoD, Aerospace, or FAA training development programs.
- Proven experience leading classroom training for diverse groups (class sizes of 4 to 20 students).
- Comfortable teaching individuals for whom English is a second language.
- Ability and willingness to travel to global locations for up to two weeks at a time.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (including international travel)

Salary : $78,900 - $98,600
