We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Video Production Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role supports video production and marketing initiatives, contributing to the creation of compelling visual content for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and digital media production, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling. Candidates must reside in or near the D.C. Metro area and be available for occasional travel to our D.C. headquarters.

Essential Functions :
- Video Production and Editing
Capture, edit, and assemble video footage into polished content for various digital and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video-based marketing collateral, driving brand consistency and engagement across projects.
Develop and edit video-based training materials for our internal training programs, collaborating with relevant departments to meet instructional needs.
Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and provide updates on project status
Requirements :
Education :
BA in marketing, communication, film production, or other related field and at least 2 years of related work experience OR AA and 5 years related work experience OR HS and 7 years related work experience.
