Security certification REQUIRED.
DoD 8140 applicable training certifications in relation to network administration (e.g. Cisco Systems CCNA)
Windows Desktop administration and security configurations experience
Basic understanding of server and other domain services administration
Familiarity with troubleshooting network and domain services
Log reviews
Security configuration and modification
Compliance administration
Reviewing system scans and mitigating findings
Ability to follow IT Service Management (e.g. ticketing) and Configuration Management processes and policies
Strong customer service background
Top Secret Clearance required
