We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead and coordinate Program Planning events and ensure alignment across teams with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving successful execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and fostering collaboration among teams to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate Program, Projects, ensuring alignment between teams and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to define clear objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, track dependencies, and address risks and impediments.
- Support teams in maintaining alignment with the overall roadmap and program vision.
- Act as a liaison between teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by promoting visibility into team progress and program health.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the planning process to enhance efficiency and team engagement.
- Implement best practices for Agile frameworks and program execution.
- Track and report on progress, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met.
- Prepare and present program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Project and Program Management managing Agile Release Trains.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
