JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper for an apartment complex, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including the available apartment units, leasing office, and common areas. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.
DUTIES:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
- Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
