About the role :
As Director of Demand Generation, you'll lead our Sales-Led-Growth (SLG) marketing initiatives, overseeing a team focused on Demand Generation, Events, Lifecycle Marketing, and Partner Marketing. This strategic role requires close collaboration with our global sales team, particularly in the US market, to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation across our SMB and Mid-Market segments. You'll report directly to the head of Marketing and play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B pipeline for the sales team and hit ambitious revenue targets.
What you'll do :
Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs, including : email, webinars, paid advertising, events, sales and BDR outbound campaigns, social media, pay-per-lead, and nurturing programs
- Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams across functions
- Work closely with product marketing, content, partners and sales functions to tailor and optimize compelling messaging, positioning or content as needed to support demand gen programs or campaigns
- Manage the demand generation budget and performance reporting across a global portfolio of activities
- Drive execution of strategies and programs through Marketing and cross-functional collaborators, ensuring metrics-based accountability to the demand plan
