The Manager - Strategy and Operations will drive critical central initiatives and key areas for process improvements throughout the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on influential and diverse projects, taking ownership of strategic initiatives and overseeing their successful implementation.
Qualification :
- Cross-functional experience in startups, investment banking, venture capital (VC), consulting, or strategy (mandatory)
- 3 years of experience after completing an undergraduate degree OR up to 2 years of experience after completing a postgraduate degree (mandatory)
- Exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology businesses (preferred)
- MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges (preferred)
