Compensation Range: $66,785- $83,505 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/28/25.

Overview
The Digital Producer is primarily responsible for tactical specifications and creative deliverables to Retail Media Networks (RMN) and their media partners according to approved media plans and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Works with Account Lead and Media Planner to identify and confirm tactics for each media plan.
- Assists the Account Lead & Project Lead to write creative briefs with clarity of technical details for Creative and the cross functional team.
- Attends all creative KOs to present the tactical specs and deliverables.
- Follow-up on any questions or issues relative to creative brief and deliverables.
- Provide feedback on internal creative reviews based on retailer and/or vendor requirements.
- Attend status meeting with RMN and Media Partners to provide updates on timelines and deliverables.
- Remain in contact with RMN and Media Partners to confirm deliverables and stay current on specifications or new product offerings.
- Maintains resource library for current RMN and Media Partner specifications.
- Routes creative for external Retailer or Vendor reviews. Clarifies feedback and informs creative and client when edits or updates are required.
- Provides potential solutions when applicable to address Retailer or Vendor changes.
- Assists Account Lead with offer submissions across various retailers and platforms.
- Supports Toolkit creative team for retailer specific mock-ups and examples.

- Social Media - Familiar with variety of their ad products and platforms
- Promotional Offers - Coupons, reward apps, rebates, etc. and familiarity with Product UPCs (GTIN).
- Video - general aspect ratios, formats for OLV, CTC, Social, etc.
- HTML5 - general syntax knowledge for display media or landing page development.
- Print Media - Familiarity with shelf tags, aisle blades, print ads, etc.
- QR Codes - general best practices and implementation
