Overview
The Media Investment Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial and operational execution within the media investment process. This individual is responsible for managing media billing systems, reconciling invoices, actualizing media investments, and ensuring accurate financial tracking of media spend. The role requires expertise in Prisma billing tools, MediaTools, media planning software, and creating and processing Media Insertion Orders (IOs).
The Media Investment Planner will work closely with media planning, finance, and vendor teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient execution of media transactions. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage media billing systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of media invoices.
- Utilize Prisma billing tools to track, reconcile, and process media payments, ensuring accurate reflection of media spend.
- Manage MediaTools media planning tools to support accurate tracking of media investments and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Create, review, and process Media Insertion Orders (IOs) to ensure proper execution of media buys.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies by working closely with media vendors and internal finance teams.
- Conduct media invoice actualization to reflect real-time media spend and ensure budget alignment.
- Collaborate with media planning teams to track campaign spend and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insights and reporting on media investment trends and financial performance.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial and operational best practices for media investments.
- Assist in process improvements to streamline media billing and reconciliation workflows.

Compensation Range : $66,785 - $75,000 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
