As a Sr. Social Commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing social commerce programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify the right platforms and tactics to achieve program goals. You will also play a key role in content strategy and creation to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $104,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. As a Sr. Social Commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing social commerce programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify the right platforms and tactics to achieve program goals. You will also play a key role in content strategy and creation to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop social commerce influencer programs by conducting research, designing strategies, and executing programs with cross-functional teams.
- Develop content calendars and collaborate with the creative team to create assets that align with the content strategy.
- Analyze organic and paid social performance, interpret data and learnings, and synthesize results to compile actionable insights for program optimization.
- Present social commerce plans and program results to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Stay informed on emerging social commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer and content marketing
- Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
