Join Our Team: Saati Advanced Chemicals produces high-performance films for screen printing and sandblasting. Our screen printing films ensure precise, durable stencils for consistent prints, while our sandblasting films create sharp, high-resolution engravings on various surfaces.
SUMMARY:
Serves as Primary Operator in the mix room department, cross training and performing other duties as assigned. We are Looking for a reliable individual that can work in a team setting and work independently once properly trained in our Mix Room.
Challenging and rewarding work making mixes for coating applications in the screenprint and decorative sandblasting industries. Safety footwear and required PPE provided.
Applicant must be somewhat computer competent, able to read and follow a procedure/directions.
Fork Lift training provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Prepares and mixes emulsions and chemicals according to prescribed formulas using the proper tanks, agitation, and filtering equipment.
· Properly cleans equipment after use.
· Maintains raw material inventory quantities and storage.
· Completes all paperwork for documentation of mixes.
· Ability to work varying hours as needed.
· Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to pass a job-related math skills assessment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

-Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of organization.
- Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
-Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
