urrently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to work at a Short / Long-term care facility located in the Chicago Land area. The ideal Nursing Home Administrator candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator :
- Cultivate staff to deliver high-quality care and maintain full capacity at our facility.
- Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas that establish us as the number one facility in the area.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
