Sabal Palms is a cutting-edge SUD facility committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals battling substance use disorders. Initially, we will offer 20 beds to serve the adult male and female population, focusing on comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation. Our facility is designed with future growth in mind, with plans to expand our capacity to 80 beds and treat primary mental health diagnosis and SUD. Sabal Palms will be prepared to meet the growing demand for effective addiction treatment services and primary mental health treatment. The facility proudly accepts both commercial and private pay clients, ensuring accessibility to those seeking help.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise.
- Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination and supervision to the staff.
- Responsible for a limited caseload as needed.
- Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
- Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service.
- Monitor meetings, as well as admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
- Provide clinical direction and leadership.
- Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field. Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility and two or more years of previous supervisory experience. Substance Use Disorder Experience.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
LPC, LMFT, LCSW
