Hours:
- Full Time
- Our offices are open from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You may need to work a little earlier/later as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Medical Assistant certification preferred but NOT required
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant strongly preferred, especially in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa settings
- Favorable result on Background Check
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excitement to learn and grow
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate patient flow
- Assist the doctor with in-office procedures
- Provide direct patient care
- Triage patient phone calls
- Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers

Job Description:
As our Surgical Assistant and Medical Technician, you'll play an integral role in representing our practice. We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual who is passionate about aesthetic and reconstructive services. Responsibilities will include assisting our Surgeon and/or Nurse Practitioner in functional and aesthetic procedures, patient counseling, and completing patient work-ups.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Assisting in minor and major in-office procedures
- Triaging patient phone calls
- Understanding and confidently discussing aesthetic services
- Prepping each patient to see the Surgeon
- Managing patient need and care
- Assisting in daily clinic operations

- Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice
- Ability to work weekends when applicable
- Desire to gain industry knowledge and training

- Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business

Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
