Who We Need
Sabel Systems is seeking an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our team. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI / ML concepts, hands-on experience with model development, and a strong software engineering background.
What You'll Do

- Design, implement, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Develop and manage data preprocessing workflows, ensuring high-quality data is used for model training and evaluation.
- Deploy AI models into scalable production environments on cloud platforms such as Arcus, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI use cases and deliver effective solutions.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models through iteration and experimentation.
- Stay current with advancements in AI / ML research and implement cutting-edge techniques and technologies.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for models, data pipelines, and AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure all AI and data solutions adhere to company policies and industry standards for security and compliance.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide strategic recommendations on AI technologies and their application.
- Provide mentorship and training on AI / ML best practices to internal teams as needed.
