Who We Need
The Power Platform Developer is a senior-level technical position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools-primarily Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. In addition to Power Platform responsibilities, the role will include overseeing system administration tasks related to infrastructure such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with various business units to drive data insights and automation across the organization.

Power Platform Development (Power BI Focus):
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement Power Automate workflows to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions to streamline operations.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems, including Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
System Administration:
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365.
- Manage user access, security policies, and compliance measures.
- Perform troubleshooting, patching, and updates for enterprise applications and systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
- Support cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure and on-premise deployments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security best practices and incident response.
- Automate IT operations using PowerShell, scripting, or low-code solutions.
Your Qualifications
Required
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, with expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- 5 years of experience in system administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling for Power BI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Python.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain a minimum Secret-level security clearance, with potential for TS upgrade.
Reliable telework setup with phone and internet connectivity.
