POSITION SUMMARY:
The Help Desk Agent will be responsible for providing overall Level One technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, to end-users via phone, remote access, and desk side support. The Technician will respond to queries, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions while utilizing established standards of practice set forth by the Administrative and Information Technology Policies and Procedures.
Education/Responsibilities:
Must be able to work in our Beachwood Community Support and Development Office. Not a remote position.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving: ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Open support tickets for inbound calls, email and monitoring offline servers, power and ISP
Work on open tickets to resolution and/or develop workarounds until resolution can be achieved
Research issues using all available resources
Escalate tickets to next level support as necessary
Resolve escalated tickets
Determine the root cause of problems and work proactively to address them
Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge with the following technologies: Windows OS; iPhone/iPad iOS; Laptop hardware; Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook; Windows Server Printing; Active Directory Users and Computers; Office 365; Exchange 2010; Business-line Mobile Device Administration (Verizon)Experience with Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
Shifts and Wages:
Full-Time Opportunity Available
Shifts Needed: Days, potential evening and weekend coverage
Wage: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
