This position is an in-office position located in our Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, Ohio. Our office offers many perks including an onsite gym and fun employee activities!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting job ads for the company’s various communities using the company's ATS and other applicable websites.
- Run reports, and put together spreadsheets via Excel.
- Assists the Director with various projects as assigned.
- Responsible for executing administrative tasks related to the company's Impact program.
- Troubleshoots issues with ATS system.
- May utilize recruiting tools like really, Apploi, LinkedIn, and Handshake to connect with potential applicants.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner, with tact, professionally, and efficiently with communities, management, agencies as well as other members of the Company.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
