Position Summary
- The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process.
- The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.

- Have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
- Previous management experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Point Click Care preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize in a fast paced environment
- Developed interpersonal skills which follow for both independent work and team collaberation
- Answer and respond to all inquiries by communities and management teams of communities in a timely manner
- Assist management teams of the communities in the management and direction of the Business Office Manager
- Consults with and advises Administrators of communities and Divisional Directors with respect to interviewing, training, directing, appraising, planning the work of, as well as determining the techniques of employees in the Business Office of the communities, including the Business Office Manager
- Perform routine and periodic Business Office audits as directed
- Complete and/or attend all training and education as assigned and as otherwise required by the company, management, applicable law, rule, and/or regulations
- Perform other related duties as directed by Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist, Divisional Director of Revenue Cycle, and Director of Revenue Cycle
- Maintain confidential information. Be trusted to keep all confidential payroll data safe and secure
- Support the communities with all revenue cycle inquiries including knowledge and awareness of Revenue Cycle
- This position will require some travel
