Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents by cleaning resident rooms and community areas, delivering laundry services, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors. You will be responsible for following health, sanitary, and infection control policies while adhering to established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and housekeeping policies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. You must also have good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
