- Weekly Pay!
- Must possess , at a minimum, a a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have, at a minimum, one (1) year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
- Maintain /Assist in creating a reference library of written material, laws, standards of practice, etc., necessary for complying with current standards and regulations, and that will provide assistance in maintaining quality social service.
- Review departmental complaints and grievances from personnel and make written reports to the Administrator of action(s) taken. Follow facility’s established procedures.
- Assist the Quality Assessment & Assurance Committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
- Assist an ongoing quality assurance program for the social services department.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as necessary or as may be directed.
- Serve on various committees of the facility as appointed.
- Meet with department personnel, on a regularly scheduled basis, to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of services.
- Ensure that all charted progress notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and of the resident’s response to the service.
