Apprentice Electrician
Saber Power Services, LLC, (SPS) located in Houston, TX is a nationally recognized full service, EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction and testing and commissioning company specializing in complex medium and high voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.
Saber Power Services seeks a professional, dedicated individual with a positive outlook for our Apprentice Electrician opening in Geismar, LA.
General
Job duties and responsibilities
- Assists electricians by performing tasks under the direct supervision of and electrician actually install the work and handling a bulk of materials.
- Maintains tools, equipment, shop, and work areas in the best possible condition for maximum production and safety.
- Understands language, terms and skills in use of tools on the job.
- Produces quantity of work equal to the job requirements and Company standards
- Thinks ahead as to show how to spend available time for maximum production
- Maintains equipment and tools in proper working order
- Maintains positive attitude towards completing job and complying with all Company policies
- Possesses small hand tools and equipment case
- Assists in pulling of wire
