Job Summary:
We invite you to join our Graduate Rotation Program, a unique opportunity designed to nurture your engineering talents and provide you with a well-rounded perspective of the high-voltage power substation design industry. As a Civil Engineer I, you will participate in diverse rotations, working on real-world projects and collaborating with experienced professionals in our leading EPC firm.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer I, you will:
- Learn, Learn, Learn: Embrace the opportunity to learn and apply processes, procedures, and industry-specific knowledge related to high-voltage power substation design.
- Engineering Support: Provide essential engineering support to our teams, contributing to the success of ongoing projects.
- Codes and Standards: Gain hands-on experience by learning and applying engineering codes and standards such as IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, and NEC.
- Estimating Assistance: Assist in project estimating, helping to develop cost estimates for crucial projects.
- Standards Development: Contribute to the development of departmental standards, ensuring that our processes adhere to industry best practices.
- Site Visits: Get out of the office and into the field as you conduct project site visits, witnessing the real-world impact of your work.

Requirements:

This program offers 6-9 month rotations in specialized areas of our company, including Systems Studies, Design Engineering, Project Management, and Field Services.
