Home Improvement Sales Representative (Salt Lake City and Surrounding Areas)
Davenport Foundation Repair is GROWING! We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to REDEFINE the homeowner experience in Concrete, Foundation, Basement and Crawlspace repair solutions. Competitive Pay with On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Training Pay: Base plus commission for up to 6 months.
Then Commission Only: 8%-10% per sale (50% up-front, 50% at final)
$100K annual earnings potential, with top performers earning $150K .

What You'll Do:
Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on long-term solutions for their property.
Utilize strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills to help homeowners make confident decisions.
Deliver "WOW" service every time by providing top-tier customer care.

Additional Details:
- Start Date: June 2, 2025 (No exceptions)
- Initial Travel: Must be able to travel for advanced Sales Training to our sister offices for week one (June 2-6, Arizona) and week three (June 16-20, Utah). Travel expenses will be covered.
