We are seeking an Account Representative / Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to compellingly showcase our services. This position will be the face of HFTC and requires attending networking events, therefore; the sales representative must be personable, presentable, and professional.

Responsibilities :
Proactively manage the entire sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas by driving new business.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate sales pipeline data, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Regularly present detailed sales reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations to enhance growth.
Identify, research, and secure high-value sales opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of new business and sponsor relationships.
Clearly and compellingly present sales opportunities to both existing and potential sponsors, emphasizing the value proposition and ROI of our offerings.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships and networks with key sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor and representing our organization with confidence and professionalism.
Partner with marketing, design, and content teams to optimize promotional strategies and improve marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
Initiate, schedule, and lead meetings with potential clients and sponsors across the New York City metropolitan area, consistently converting prospects into long-term partnerships.
Take a hands-on role in organizing and attending industry events across New York and nearby regions, leveraging these opportunities to foster relationships and drive sales.
Provide outstanding customer service to sponsors, addressing all inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring satisfaction to promote renewals and referrals.
Requirements :
3 years of sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding quotas in a similar industry.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
Proven ability to develop and nurture strong professional networks, with a passion for creating long-lasting business relationships.
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales process and an ability to navigate complex client needs with professionalism and influence.
Willingness to travel within New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area to build client relationships and attend meetings and events.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
Bonus Points :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record in the Alternative Financial Space.
Established network of industry contacts.
Working Hours and Compensation :
Compensation $60,000 annually plus 10% Commission on new sales and 2.5% Commission on Renewals
Regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with additional event hours outside of this timeframe.
