We are seeking a driven, talented, experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The winning candidate will have flexibility in their design aesthetics, contribute digital designs and other creative elements for a variety of website designs, apps and diverse deliverables. Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite products and be able to provide examples of their work.

While this position will be working in a corporate capacity, they will also be involved in supporting the operations of all of our Divisions. • A minimum of three years experience as a Graphic Designer (both individual and in a team setting).

• Portfolio of Web/Interactive Work (Please ensure portfolio link is easily accessible in resume or added in application notes. Portfolio is required for screening).

• Deep understanding of the fundamental principles of design

• Experience in photography and videography, photo and video editing

• Knowledge of designing and producing:

  • Responsive websites

  • UX Design

  • Product Packaging

  • UI and workflow wireframes for developer production

  • Social Media Asset Production for various platforms and audiences

• Proficiency with:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

  • Web-Based Design Tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, etc.)

  • Presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.)

  • Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci)

• Strong layout and typography skills (Web, Print)

• Detail Oriented

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback

• Ability to work independently within a team

• Strong commitment to career and advancement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Record of success designing and producing:

  • Responsive Websites

  • Web and mobile applications

  • Branding elements (e.g., logos, signage, business cards, letterhead)

  • Physical advertising (e.g., brochures, catalogs, posters/banners, mailers)

• Proficiency with Project Management Software (e.g., Jira, Clickup, Monday, Asana)

• Knowledge of Social Media marketing

• Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously

• High level of self organization

• Amazing communication skills

• Energetic, go-getter personality

Working Hours & Compensation/Benefits:

• $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Depending on Experience.

• Monday through Friday

• 8am to 5pm

Interview Process:

1. Initial phone interview (10 minutes)

2. Design challenge (1-3 hours)

3. Post-challenge interview/review (1 hour)
