We are seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The winning candidate will demonstrate advanced design aesthetics, contribute digital designs and other creative elements for a variety of website designs, apps, and diverse deliverables. Qualified candidates should have a profound understanding of Adobe Creative Suite products and be able to provide examples of their work.

While this position will be working in a corporate capacity, they will also be involved in supporting the operations of all of our Divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to lead creative initiatives within a dynamic and growing organization, interested in gaining experience across multiple industries.

Requirements :

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in both individual and team settings.

Comprehensive portfolio of web / interactive work demonstrating expert-level design skills.

In-depth understanding of the fundamental principles of design.

Extensive experience in photography and videography, alongside photo and video editing.

Proven experience in designing and producing :

Responsive websites

UX Design

Product Packaging

UI and workflow wireframes for developer production

Social Media Asset Production for various platforms and audiences

Branding elements (e.g., logos, signage, business cards, letterhead)

Advanced proficiency with :

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

Web-Based Design Tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, etc.)

Presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.)

Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci)

Mastery in layout and typography skills for both web and print formats.

High level of attention to detail.

Superior time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Capability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Ability to take and integrate direction and constructive feedback effectively.

Autonomous working capability within a collaborative team environment.

Strong commitment to ongoing career advancement and excellence.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to diligently follow established company processes and policies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven track record of success in designing and producing :

Web and mobile applications

Physical advertising (e.g., brochures, catalogs, posters / banners, mailers)

Sublimation

Embroidery

CAD Drawings

Proficiency with Project Management Software (e.g., Jira, Clickup, Monday, Asana)

Knowledge of cutting-edge Digital marketing techniques.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.

Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated personality.

Working Hours & Compensation / Benefits :

60,000-$72,000 Depending on Experience.

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm
