This position is responsible for the following: other duties may be assigned as required:
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, laptop computers, and tablets.
- Input data into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft applications, and Windows based software
- Input and complete workflow tasks within Office 365 applications.
- Organize, maintain, and develop workflows in MS O365 applications or others as directed.
- Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Compose, type, and distribute routine correspondence and reports as directed.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed material as requested.
- Assist management with projects as directed.
- Currently enrolled college or trade school student or recent graduate preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting, use standard office equipment, and be able to attend meetings at various sites within and away from the office.
- Mobility to climb up and down stairs, as needed.
- Mobility to access vessels escorted by fellow team members via safely rigged gangways.
- Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, including the ability to look at a computer screen for at least eight (8) hours each day.
- Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
- Regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions combined with exposure to all weather conditions, such as hot, humid, and/or rainy weather, if necessary.
