What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver (On-Call) position at Sabino Recovery Group, LLC?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide transportation for clients to and from meals, appointments, outside meetings, and airport, as directed by the Program Director.
- Provide delivery of mail and supplies as needed.
- Purchase small items for clients with the advice of therapy and medical staff.
- Maintaining a variety of Transportation Logs and Spreadsheets.
- Be available on short notice to provide transportation needs.
- Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients.
- Customer service must be a top priority.
- Keep vehicles always clean.
- Adhere to all Cypress Lake Recovery Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with Cypress Lake Recovery policies and HIPPA regulations.
- Ensure vehicle registration and documentation is up to date.
- Maintain a safe driving record, avoiding incidents and damage.
- Follow directions accurately, complete trips efficiently, and stay on route.
JOB SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Ability to work well with clients and staff.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and be on-call when needed.
- Proficient in reading maps and navigating.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, using non-judgmental, person-centered language with active and reflective listening.
