Finance Director - CPA Opportunity!
We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Director - CPA to lead and oversee the financial health and strategic direction of our organization. This key leadership role manages financial and accounting functions, including billing, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, collections, general ledger, budgeting, internal controls, and audits for inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Director :
- Conduct monthly financial reviews to control expenses and evaluate performance.
- Develop and oversee annual financial and capital budgets.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements to the CEO and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and track key financial performance metrics.
- Forecast cash flow and maintain long-term projections.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.
- Support financial audits and oversee Medicare compliance reviews.
