This role combines case management, financial oversight, and client coordination, ensuring seamless execution of settlement plans and legal documents. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in financial services or the legal industry, possessing strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities for the Financial Case Coordinator : Manage client settlement projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial and legal documents.Lead and coordinate settlement teams, including attorneys, consultants, and support staff.Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.Process payments, invoices, and settlements while ensuring compliance with financial policies.Maintain structured financial records and generate reports on outstanding balances and transaction histories.Assist in case development by preparing and organizing financial and legal documents.Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for settlement consultants.Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to financial settlements.Utilize electronic client file organization systems to maintain an efficient workflow. Qualifications & Experience for the Financial Case Coordinator position : 2 years of experience in financial services, legal, or a related office setting.Background in financial coordination, case management, or financial settlements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required); QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and accounting principles.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial details clearly.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy financial coordination, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we'd love to hear from you!The Financial Case Coordinator will receive :
