- Conduct detailed analyses of HR processes, market trends, and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide regular assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze HR data from various sources to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to HR and senior management.
- Lead and manage HR-related strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR strategic planning and assessment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on HR strategic planning and assessment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Experience in a strategic consulting role or with strategic planning software is highly desirable.
