Sabourin Gallery, a premier luxury art gallery in Jupiter, is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support daily operations, administrative tasks, and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, experience in social media management, and a background in luxury or fine art.
Hours:
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Optional additional hours available for projects during the week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to gallery leadership, managing schedules, emails, and client communications.
- Coordinate and support gallery events, including guest management and logistics.
- Oversee and create social media content and marketing materials to promote exhibitions and events.
- Assist with inventory management, digital record-keeping, and online platforms.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as needed.
- Maintain a professional, high-end gallery experience for clients and visitors.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Experience in executive support, administration, or a related role.
- Strong social media and computer skills (Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, CRM).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of or experience in luxury sales, fine art, or high-end retail preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $18/hour, with increases based on experience and tenure
