Ideal Candidates Have:

• General Knowledge of Computer Systems – Identify basic computer parts (control board, power supply, fans, etc.) and their function.
• General Knowledge of Computer Programs – Familiar with basic computer software programs (Word, Excel)
• Basic Troubleshooting Skills – To identify faulty or failing computer components
• Skill to Navigate Priorities – Adjust as problems occur or the workflow changes
• Learning Mindset - Open to learning from peers and others to develop skills over time
• Flexible Working Style – Successfully working alone or collectively with a team
• Personal Initiative – Takes pride in their work. Proactive in performance of duties following training and orientation to team standards and workflows
• Ability to Lift and Carry 35 lbs – Frequently lift and carry machines that weigh up to 35 pounds around the facility
• Be Comfortable in an Industrial Work Environment: Requires use of eye and ear protection and walking on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, and gravel.

• Flexibility in Schedule Assignment Staff are assigned consistent recurring schedules to support our 24/7 operation with periodic overtime opportunities. Personal preference and business needs are considered for schedule assignments.
