Sabre People Team is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Southlake, TX to support the US Talent Acquisition team and create content for our recruiting social media initiatives. The Coordinator is essential to providing an exceptional experience for all those involved in our recruiting process.

- Schedule interviews directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers throughout all phases of the process. Including but not limited to phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews. Coordinate travel to align with the interview schedule if required.
- Own pre-hire onboarding process, background check processing and ensure the new hire is ready for day one.
- Process reports, confirm data is accurate and share with internal stakeholders securely.
- Responsible for creating content for social media aligning with the Sabre Brand.
- Manage relationships with external vendors. Process invoices related to recruiting within the contract agreement timeframe.
- Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and other people team partners.
- Participate in project improving processes and tools.
- Build relationships with team members at all levels and across the globe.
- Embody the company culture and employer brand as an ambassador.
- Support scheduling and representing at recruiting events.
- Work with Audit to provide requested items in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality while focusing on data integrity and security.
- Contribute to system (Workday) testing.
- Support intern onboarding process.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1-year related professional experience.
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Advanced computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday).
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
- The ability to multi-task in high pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to understand an issue, proactively find a solution and execute effectively.
- Passion for helping people and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
- Must be a self-starter, take direction well, have a creative “think on your feet” attitude, and able to anticipate needs.
