The Supervisor role is dynamic, with no two days being alike. You'll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations when needed. Our Supervisors work diligently to ensure consistency and excellence in everything they do. This is definitely not your typical job – it's even better!
Essential Duties:
- Put our guests first by delivering exceptional service, gathering feedback, and promptly addressing complaints.
- Capture business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to boost sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business; follow league formats, distribute announcements, and handle administrative duties.
- Help recruit, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
- Lead your team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
- Assist in overseeing the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
- Remain flexible and adapt to varying shifts, extended workdays, weekends, holidays, and other needs of your center.

Desired Skills:
- H.S. Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Typical entertainment center environment with periods of walking, bending, standing, and lifting objects with some assistance.
