Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and solving complex challenges related to science, engineering, business, and data processing. This includes developing and implementing solutions to application issues, system administration challenges, and network concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex problems in science, engineering, business, and data processing, and design effective solutions to address application, system, and network issues.
Evaluate and recommend commercially available software to meet business and technical needs.
Perform system management and integration tasks, optimize existing computer systems, and assess system capabilities, workflow efficiency, and schedule constraints.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of:
Computer Systems and Networking Concepts
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Digital Certificates
Scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
Documentation of technical processes and workflows
Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and Mobile Content Management (MCM) initiatives.
Apply and maintain security policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Perform account maintenance (Local and SSO) to ensure smooth access control.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for systems and applications.
Manage software upgrades, installations, and configurations to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking concepts, and PKI.
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
Knowledge in mobile device and application management tools and security policies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related filed is required
• Three (3) years or more of related experience is required
• A security certification is required
• An active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required
• Candidate is required to pass a background investigation
