The Workforce Planning Analytics Intern performs analysis and reporting regarding Sabre workforce and people related financials. This role will contribute to the creation and maintenance of people metrics, dashboards, reports, and communication tools, helping people leaders make great decisions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build and maintain reliable workforce reporting analysis and automation
- Automate reporting and analytics that are done manually today
- Support Global Operations team in total cost of workforce financial analysis
- Analyze workforce data to glean valuable, actionable information to be put into easily consumable reports and communications
- Work with Finance on workforce planning forecasting accuracy
- Work with People Business Partner teams to understand workforce reporting / automation needs
