We have a client implementing SAP Service Management and we are helping them hire a strong full-time SAP Warranty/Service Management Principal Analyst for their team. This is very much a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to devise solutions, improve processes and then change SAP to take advantage of your ideas. Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with:
- At least five years of hands-on Service Management work including experience with notifications, service orders, preventive maintenance, pricing, credit management, and customer master data.
- Strong experience in SAP SD and PM.
- Very helpful experience would be integration with third-party applications as well as experience with S/4. At least a strong desire to work in an S/4 environment is required.
