Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and marketing efforts of Sabrina Spears Events by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting with administrative sales tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating leads and following up with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and maintain the client database.
- Support the development of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company services, pricing, and packages.
- Work closely with the event planning and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Track sales performance metrics and report insights to the leadership team.
- Attend networking events and industry gatherings to promote Sabrina Spears Events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Sales (preferably in the event planning, hospitality, or design industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for event planning and design is a plus!
