We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving the safety and effectiveness of our equipment and processes in our high-purity chemical plant.
Responsibilities:
- Develop equipment reliability strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices aligned with Process Safety Management and Responsible Care standards.
- Interface with maintenance technicians, third-party contractors, process engineers, and project engineers to ensure equipment is selected, installed, operated, maintained, and decommissioned in a manner that minimizes risk and maximizes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance and engineering role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years' experience with OSHA PSM-regulated processes required.
- Working knowledge of applicable codes such as NFPA, NEMA, API 510, 570, 571, etc.
