We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Showroom Sales & Operations Associate to join the Sachin & Babi showroom team. This role requires retail sales experience, a deep understanding of luxury products, and a commitment to hands-on customer care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management skills, and be adept at multitasking while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Utilize your retail sales experience to engage clients, identify their needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of luxury products, including fabric, fit, and design, to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Deliver hands-on customer care, following up on client inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Build lasting client relationships by creating memorable interactions and providing attentive follow-ups.
Showroom Operations:
- Maintain attention to detail by ensuring the showroom is impeccably organized, prepared, and welcoming for client appointments and events.
- Manage multiple tasks, such as coordinating follow-up appointments, handling special client requests, and preparing for events, with efficiency and poise.
- Support inventory flow management and maintain accurate client records, ensuring all operational tasks are executed smoothly.
Time Management & Collaboration:
- Partner with showroom management to meet sales goals, identify opportunities for growth, and analyze client trends.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing client engagement, operational responsibilities, and follow-up actions.
- Uphold a polished and professional demeanor that reflects the ethos of a luxury brand.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury products, including an appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and pleasant demeanor, committed to delivering outstanding customer care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with retail POS systems and tools like Calendly is a plus.
- Saturday availability is required.
