Key Responsabilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the showroom, ensuring all garments and displays are pristine and aesthetically appealing.
- Coordinate sample tracking, inventory management, and restocking to ensure smooth showroom functionality.
- Prepare and update visual merchandising displays to align with seasonal collections and brand standards.
- Support stylists in coordinating looks for client appointments.
- Assist with fittings, offering recommendations on garment selection, sizing, and alterations as needed.
- Help curate personalized customer experiences by understanding the client's style preferences and event needs.
- Support in managing client communications, including appointment, scheduling and follow-ups.
- Assisting customer service in warehouse communications and client communications
- Support the team with scheduling and coordinating deliveries, orders, and returns.
- Assist Marketing and E-commerce teams on campaigns, newsletters, back-end of website, and website audits.
